Cootehill Celtic GAA Strategic Plan - Open Forum Workshop

Cootehill Celtic GAA is in the process of putting together a Strategic Plan to help decide where the club is heading over the course of the next five years from 2012 to 2017.

Work has been ongoing since the start of the start of the year with a sub-committee formed of Larry McCluskey, Siobhan McCabe, Joanne Kelly and Aidan McCabe who have been working in consultation with the County Board through Co. Development Officer Phil Smith.

The next step in the process will see the club hold an Open Forum Workshop this Wednesday 1^st June from 8 to 10pm in the White Horse Hotel.

This will be an opportunity for all club members and others in the wider Cootehill community to come in and give their views and opinions about the future of the club, where they want to see Cootehill Celtic GAA in five years' time - on and off the field - and how we should get there.

There will be five tables covering the five core areas and you can simply walk up to each of those tables, give your opinion and move on - you can take as little or as long as you like.

Those five areas are: Coaching and Games Development; Finance; Facilities; Club Structures and Administration; and Communications, PR & Culture

Remember it is an open door set-up so you can wander in at anytime from 8 to 10pm. Anyone who is unable to make it to the Workshop then they can let their views be known by contacting any of the sub-committee or email pro.cootehill.cavan@gaa.ie
